Discovering hidden potential for the boutique hotel and urban retreat: the basement below the courtyard was opened up to create a sunken private patio for a new suite of rooms forming a self-contained apartment, as part of a comprehensive refurbishment.

A former house at the rear of the site has been extended to become a private villa with its own garden and pool, a tranquil oasis in the centre of the bustling city. Our involvement started with unlocking hidden potential in the vacant basement; the project was delivered by a local team of architects and engineers.
