Park View, Sutton Coldfield

The 1980s house is located on a steep sloping site overlooking Sutton Park; it required a comprehensive refurbishment as well as a two-storey extension and was refurbished, reconfigured and revitalized.

The front of the house has been rearranged with a new split level entrance hall and a relocated staircase, which created a generous sense of arrival and views through the house.

The ground floor has been opened up to enable more rooms to enjoy the stunning views towards Sutton Park.
