The new office building is proposed for a vacant site in a conservation area in the city centre, close to the Richard III Visitor Centre and Leicester Cathedral, tailored for digital start up companies.

Designed to provide flexible office space for the growing digital service sector in the city, a lightwell has been integrated into the building to enable the office floors to benefit from natural ventilation and natural lighting.
