Live+Work regeneration in a sensitive historic context: the brownfield site is located in the Georgian new town, now a conservation area, and is accessed via an archway.
The proposed mixed use redevelopment combines apartments and an office building overlooking a new shared courtyard.
The buildings give a strong sense of enclosure around the courtyard and respect the setting of the adjoining Grade II listed buildings, which surround the site.
